What if I need to make changes to my rental order?

You can make changes to your rental order up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Changes made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we can deliver to you if that is preferred! We can provide a quote for delivery charges.

How far do you deliver?

We deliver to Kitchener-Waterloo and surrounding areas. We typically serve within a 60km radius of Kitchener-Waterloo.

How do I book equipment?

Fill out our request form with your event, dates, and rental items of interest. We will custom build a quote based on the items selected. To confirm your booking, you will need to complete a rental agreement prior to your event.

Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and teardown services for your convenience.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak event seasons.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Most rentals are for a full day, but custom packages can be arranged.

What happens if it rains?

What is your cancellation policy?
